Had dinner here a few times last year and had some of the best nights of my summer! The food was excellent and the live bands were great. I look forward to coming again this summer, hopefully even more then I did last year!

A jewel of a destination. An outright pub, great staff, nice ambience, seats just 40 people (winter inside), small but good bar area, seats many more on a very large patio area in the summer. You need to be relaxed and ready for a comfortable and enjoyable lunch or dinner, fortunately not your rushed corporate churned out food. The chef is meticulous in the preparation and delivery of good pub food, you will never leave hungry. My favorites are the Monday and Wednesday pint of beer (domestic) and a fabulous choice of several burgers for just $10 ! Try the blue cheese or bbq burger ! Yummy ! When chef is not there food is always consistent, late night smaller menu. Chicken wings are very hard to beat (no pun intended !).... Daily specials are great also, I like the Rueben a lot as well. Beer is good and well maintained. $3.50 Sunday pint sized Caesars are hard to beat also..... home made soups, burgers, pasta, wings, English fare, appetizers, hand made pizzas... good prices.....WELL worth a visit.......... directly opposite the leather store "The Hide House of Acton" 'worth the drive'
